governing your use of the Application.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veritas
Illuminatos mobile application (the "Application" or "Service") operated by:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of belonging to
minors.

• direct messaging functionality
• semi-anonymous interaction features
• subscription-based access to certain features
• one-time paid communication with the Creator
• polling and community interaction features
The Service is designed for entertainment and social interaction purposes.

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to:
• provide accurate information
• maintain account security
• notify us of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to:
• suspend accounts
• restrict access

4. Semi-Anonymous Communication
The Application supports semi-anonymous interaction.
Depending on system configuration:
• nicknames may be hidden
• user identity may be partially concealed
• users may be identified by system-generated identifiers
We do not guarantee complete anonymity.

You are responsible for protecting your own identity.

5. Creator Communication
The Application includes a paid feature allowing users to communicate with the
Creator .
This feature:
• is a one-time paid interaction
• provides a limited number of messages
• requires sequential communication
• does not guarantee response time
Users may not send additional messages until the previous message has received a
response.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this feature at any time.

6. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the Application require a paid subscription.
Subscription plans may include:
Monthly subscription
Six-month subscription
Annual subscription
Prices are displayed within the Application and may change at any time.
All payments are processed through:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
We do not store payment information.

7. Refunds
All purchases are:
non-refundable
Refund requests must be submitted through:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
We do not issue refunds directly.
Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through the respective
platform provider.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Application to:
• threaten or harm others
• engage in harassment
• promote illegal activity
• distribute unlawful content
• impersonate another person
• attempt to hack or disrupt the system
• exploit minors
• share illegal material
Adult conversations between consenting users may occur.
However, illegal or abusive content is strictly prohibited.

9. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for content you submit.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.

We reserve the right to:
• remove content
• restrict visibility
• suspend accounts
if content violates these Terms.

• uninterrupted operation
• error-free performance
• availability at all times
Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novordex LLC shall not be liable for:

• data loss
• service interruptions
arising from use of the Application.
