Veritas Illuminatos mobile application (the Application or Service) may be
refunded.

By purchasing any subscription or paid feature within the Application, you agree to
this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made within the Application are:
non-refundable
This includes:
• subscriptions
• in-app purchases
• paid features
• one-time paid messaging features
Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to features, refunds are
generally not provided.
2. Payment Processing
All payments within the Application are processed through third-party platform
providers:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
We do not directly process payments.
We do not collect or store:
• credit card numbers
• banking information
• payment credentials
Payment processing is handled entirely by the respective platform providers.
3. Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must submit your request directly to:
Apple App Store
or
Google Play Store
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the platform provider according to their
policies.
Novordex LLC does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings or
platform account.
Cancellation will:
• stop future billing
• allow continued access until the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
5. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change at any time.
If a price change occurs:
• existing subscribers will be notified by the platform provider
• the new price will apply to future billing cycles
6. Technical Issues
Refunds are not automatically granted for:
• technical issues
• temporary service interruptions
• user dissatisfaction
• accidental purchases
However, platform providers may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, you should:
1. Contact Apple or Google immediately
2. Secure your account credentials
3. Report the issue to the platform provider
We may cooperate with platform providers and law enforcement where required.
